Serenance Unified Technology System
The Serenance Unified Technology System is a suite of six services which work in the backend to make the deliverables reliable and efficient. We continuously engage in taking this system to the next level of automation. Our Technology Team works rigorously to integrate automation in this suite and the interdependent services that it offers.

High Availability Database
Since the commencement, we have deployed a High Availability Database structure to render uninterrupted services to not only for our clients but also job seekers and vendors. Precision in planning the initial design has greatly helped us in cost optimization while retaining the structure which has been delivering 99.99% availability.

Enhanced Support Mechanism

Though we have been relying on existing communication channels such as Outlook, Teams etc., we are steadily deploying automation to improve the support mechanism. Our backend automation systems are being continuously upgraded to avoid any delays in providing support and complying with the Operational Level Agreements or OLAs.

We have designed the reporting systems to auto-trigger reports to help us do an in-depth study of not only the internal operational activities, but also ensure an optimum productivity and communication. The comprehensive reports include the minutest details which are essential for carrying out necessary changes and deploying enhancements.

Cloud Managed HR
Cloud Managed HR is a new methodology which we have implemented recently. The sole purpose of introducing it is to ensure that we make optimum use of cloud based technology to drive HR processes and workflows. It not only saves our revenue expenditure, however, it also increases the reliability of our infrastructure making it 24 x 7 available.
